中文摘要 | 本研究係探討於流體化床反應槽內利用結晶技術去除廢水中之銅離子。銅離子去除過程中過飽和度(supersaturation)扮演重要角色,此外,銅離子之去除效率受添加碳酸鹽濃度、進流銅離子濃度及碳酸鹽試劑加藥點所影響。實驗結果指出:流體化床中之進流銅離子濃度限制爲20 mg/L,最佳之結晶藥劑/銅離子濃度莫耳比爲2。在此操作條件下,流體化床流水中的總銅離子去除率爲87%。此外,利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)針對結晶物表面結構之觀察發現:當均相成核(homogeneous nucleation)發生時,部分沈澱物可附著於擔體表面,惟此種顆粒之機械強度較低,沈澱物容易隨顆粒間之磨擦而剝落,造成出流水銅離子濃度提高。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the use of a crystallization separation process for copper removal from wastewater in a fluidized-bed reactor (FBR) was investigated. Supersaturation played a significant role in the copper removal process and was affected by the concentration of added carbonate, the influent copper concentration, and the position of carbonate reagent dosing. The experimental results showed that the limited influent copper concentration in the FBR was 20 mg/L, and that the optimum molar ratio of [C(subscript T)]/[Cu²+] was 2. Under these conditions, the total copper removal efficiency reached 87%. Furthermore, scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis indicated that when homogeneous nucleation occurred, some precipitate was coated onto the sand surface and mechanical stability was reduced. |
