中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是建構一個整合性企業資訊系統轉型模式。本研究係以Kwon與Zmud[17] 提出的資訊科技導入組織的階段性研究模式為基礎建立分析性架構,將資訊系統轉型的過程分為整體規劃、轉型程序規劃、資訊系統轉型分析、資訊系統轉型設計與資訊系統轉型建置等五個階段,至於影響其實施成效的主要構面則包括組織、人、技術、管理與環境。本研究以國內一家大型製造業作為實證研究的對象,並將實施資訊系統轉型的過程做深入的分析。本研究發現資訊系統轉型的成功關鍵要素為高階主管的重視與支持、轉型的整體規劃作業、硬體設備與軟體工具的選擇、流程分析與設計以及定期檢討與修正等,可以提供給學術界從事於此方面研究之理論基礎以及企業資訊部門進行轉型工作的參考。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, an integrated model for managing systems migration (SM) is presented. This model is formulated based on the research model proposed by Kwon and Zmud [17]. Five stages are needed during a SM process including integrated planning, migration process planning, SM analysis, SM design and SM implementation. Five dimensions including organization, people, technology, management and environment are used to analyze the performance of implementing a SM project. To examine our research model, a successful ISM project is illustrated. The findings of this research indicate that supports from the top management, integrated planning for SM, selection of hardware and software, process analysis and redesign, and review and control are the most important factors for managing a successful ISM project. |
