中文摘要 | 本研究主要係以細菌Pseudomonas aeruginosa K-187 發酵蝦蟹殼廢棄物,生產生物製劑,探討有否助於九孔養殖為研究目的。 本實驗將P. aerugionsa K-187發酵蝦蟹殼廢棄物所得發酵液進行試驗,結果顯示發酵液與對照組比較起來,明顯的有助於九孔乙生長,效果極為良好。研究共分兩部分,第一部分為蝦蟹殼發酵液對於溶藻弧菌抑制效果之探討。結果發現有添加發酵液組溶藻弧菌無法生長,即具有抑製溶藻弧菌抑制效果。第二部分探討添加蝦蟹殼發酵液對九孔成長的影響,結果發現未添加組之九孔幼苗約三十天後即無法繼續生長,從浮板脫落死亡。而有添加蝦蟹殼發酵液組其生長天數顯著增加至約六十天。 |
英文摘要 | This research studied the utilization of shrimp shell wastes by Pseudomonas aeruginosa K-187 to produce antimicrobial agent and the effect of such an agent on the Haliotis diversicolor culture. Our studies demonstrated that the culture supernatant, obtained by cultivating P. aeruginsa K-187 aerobically in a medium consisting of 3% shrimp shell wastes as the major carbon source at 30℃ for 2 days, contained antimicrobial agent because it displayed strong inhibitory activity on Vibrio alginolyticus. The culture supernatant of P. aeruginosa K-187 also enhanced the growth and life time of small Haliotis diversicolor in the field trial. The Haliotis diversicolor grew enormously and lived longer days of the control group that is without the presence of antimicrobial supernatant. |
