中文摘要 | 數位化醫學影像教學系統是每一個現代化放射線影像部科所極力推廣的工作項目,在現階段醫院評鑑的規範中,也是一項必需落實的評鑑工作。但要營造一個符合標準醫學影像傳輸與格式的影像教學系統卻不是一件容易的事,很多醫院是在建置影像傳輸管理系統時順道規劃符合該醫院需求的獨立系統,這樣的系統往往也只能在該醫院中運轉,無法與其他醫療院所互通。因此北美放射醫學會便集合了許多專家與醫院的意見,開發了一套免費軟體,讓全世界所有醫療院所可以用最小金錢與人力來建置真正符合醫學影像標準的影像教學系統,並從而透過四通八達的網際網路來從事與推廣醫學影像教學與研究社群觀念。本文希望透過該軟體在作者所在醫院之建置與使用經驗,分享給讀者以加速教學與研究社群的推廣。 |
英文摘要 | Digital medical teaching file system is a necessity for any modern imaging department nowadays, either for daily use or for hospital accreditation validation purpose. It’s really not an easy job to create and maintain such a system conforming to well-known DICOM standard for any hospital. Some hospitals had their proprietary teaching file system at the convenience of building their own PACS. However such systems lack the flexibility to communicate with other similar ones. Thus RSNA recruits lots of experts to develop a freeware called MIRC trying to build communities as sources for sharing of teaching files and clinical trials through the prevalent internet. This article wishes to share the experience of installation and usage of MIRC at the hospital served by the author to the readers to promote the propagation of medical image resource community. |
