中文摘要 | 一個現代化的醫院,要擁有優質無片的數位醫療環境,嚴謹的數位品管是不可或缺的。不同於以往的暗房底片環境,數位影像的品管工作需有全新的觀念與工具才能劍及履及,將優質的醫學影像迅速的傳遞到醫院中需要的每一個角落。數位影像的品管工作基本上可以分成四大部分來落實:第一、數位影像中病患與檢查資料的完整性。第二,數位影像適當視窗條件,系列組合與影像次序的調整。第三。標準數位顯示系統之選擇與校正。第四,數位影像於不同診斷與瀏覽環境時表現的一致性。本文將就上述四大部分以實例搭配工具詳細說明之。 |
英文摘要 | Exactitude quality control (QC) jobs for medical images are indispensable for any modern hospital wishing to have a truly digital film-less or film-free environment with superb quality. Totally different from the quality control concept within the film-based dark room environment, to have the brand-new merits from digital quality assurance needs to equip yourself with the modern concepts and tools for the QC jobs. Basically the QC jobs could be consolidated in four aspects: 1. the completeness of patient demographic data and study information within the digital images. 2. the adjustment of value of interest (VOI) and sequence modification for series as well instances. 3. careful selection and well calibration of the standard digital display system 4. display consistency within the medical environment either for diagnosis or browsing purposes. Within this article, we will discuss in detail using some examples based on these four QC jobs. |
