中文摘要 | 本研究主要在於暸解保育人員,對於所屬托兒所與幼稚圈內的工作滿意度。以台中市私立立案托兒所與幼稚園,340位保育人員為研究對象,使用「保育人員工作感受問卷」進行調查研究。其中工作滿意度項度包括:整體工作滿意度、薪資福利滿意度、工作環境滿意度、工作特性滿意度、組織決策滿意度、關懷領導滿意度、人際關係滿意度及自我價值滿意度。所得資料以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計、逐步多元迴歸等方法進行資料整理與分析。主要結果如下:(一) 任職於托兒所內的保有人員,對於人際關係感到最為滿意,薪資福利的滿意度最低,任職於幼稚園內的保育人員對於工作特性感到最為滿意,薪資福利滿意度最低。(二) 自我價值滿意度、工作特性滿意度、工作環境滿意度及人際關係滿意度四個預測變項,可以有效預測任職於托兒所內保育人員的整體工作滿意度。自我價值滿意度、工作特性滿意度及關懷領導滿意度三個預測變項,可以有效預測任職於幼稚園內保育人員的整體工作滿意度。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to understand the job satisfaction of the child-care workers at the private kindergarten and preschool. We collected information about 340 privateday-care in Taichung City by “the examination of job satisfaction of private-day-care”. Job satisfaction including: the whole job satisfaction, working environment, job character, policy of the organization, care leadership, human relationships, self-value, and salary satisfaction .The information will be analyzed through the characterization statistics method, stepwise multiple regression analysis and ANOVA. The major results are stated as below: 1. The child-care workers who work at preschoo1s have the best job satisfaction and the worst salary satisfaction. The child-care workers who work at kindergarten have the best satisfaction of job character and the worst salary satisfaction. 2. The multiple regression analysis shows that the best predictive factors of who works at child-care workers are self-value, job scharacter, and human relations. The best predictive factors of child-care workers who work at kindergarten are self-value, job character, and care leadership. |
