中文摘要 | 摘要:本研究以不同加溫及去頂處理方式,期能於冬、春之際,降低蝴蝶蘭抽梗比率。以日夜溫30/30、30/28、30/26及25/20°C處理,大型粉紅淡紫花(Dtps. Ruey Lih Beauty Kaala×Phal. New Eggle)、大白花紅心(Dtps. I-Hsin Dreamer; Dtps. Mount Beauty×Dtps. Mount Beatuy×Dtps. I-Hsin Lady)及大型白花(Phal. Taisuco Kaala×Phal. Taisuco Kochdian)蝴蝶蘭三個品種,調查其對抽梗之影響,結果以25/20°C處理之植株,於處理30天後,便陸續抽梗,抽梗率皆可達100%,而另三種不同日夜溫處理雖經10週,仍皆未抽梗。將朵麗蝶蘭大白花紅心品種Dtps. City Girl之植株移入日夜溫25/20°C之催花溫室中行催花處理,待花梗分別長至5、10、15、20、25及30 cm時行去頂處理,調查去頂後對再次抽花梗之影響,結果顯示花梗於5 cm(帶有一個節位)及10 cm(帶有一或二個節位)去頂者,自短縮莖再次抽出花梗之比率皆可達100%,而15 cm(帶有三個節位)去頂者,僅有12.5%會再次抽花梗;而20、25及30 cm並帶有三個節位以上去頂者,皆會從去頂後花梗之最高節位再次抽出花梗,亦即,隨著花梗長度之增加後去頂,於同支花梗上再次抽出花梗的位置也越高。 |
英文摘要 | Summary: This was a study of the effect of different day/nigh heating temperatures and toppings of flower stalks to reduce the rate of spiking in early Spring. The Influences of day/night temperatures of 30/30°C, 30/28°C, 30/26°C and 25/20°C (control) were examined. The effect of four temperature on influence of the growth and flowering of three hybrids of Phalaenopsis included Large pink/lavender (Dtps. Ruey Lih Beauty Kaala×Phal. New Eagle), Large white with red lip (Dtps. I-Hsin Dreamer; Dtps. Mount Beauty×Dtps. I-Hsin Lady) and Large white (Phal. Taisuco Kaala×Phal. Taisuco Kochdian). The 20/25°C day/night temperature resulted in gradual spiking about 30 days after treatment. The three hybrids all reached 100%flower-stalk emergence. For temperatures of 30/30, 30/28 and 30/26°C after ten weeks there was no spike emergence. Large white Doritaenopsis with red lip (Dtps. City Girl) in a greenhouse with day/night temperature of 25/20°C were studied for flower-stalk re-emergence when the pedicel topping with its growth length was of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 cm. Topping for pedicels to 5 cm with one node resulted in a 100% re-emergence rate. This was also the case for pedicels to 10 cm with one or two nodes. However, topping for pedicels to 15 cm with three nodes, the re-emergency rate is barely 12.5%. Nevertheless, for stalks of 20, 25, 30 cm with three or more nodes, they all can spike out from the supreme node of the stalk, so when the stalk length development is of these greater lengths following topping, the spiking re-emergence occurred at a higher positions on the stalk. |
