中文摘要 | 學校層級的課程管理旨在提供學校課程實施之品質保障,確保國家意圖的課程或學校本位課程得以臻達其成效。由上而下的課程相關政策並非直線式地以一紙命令即能如工廠作業線般付諸行動,其中涉及實務場域的課程實施才是政策執行良窳的關鍵,因此,學校層級的課程管理相形重要。 本研究以一所國民小學為個案,探討其實施教育部訂頒的「全國兒童閱讀運動」課程相關政策時之課程管理實務。研究者主要關注與旨趣在於藉此探究教育第一線—學校層級的課程管理情形,以及影響課程管理的要素及進行課程管理所遭遇的困境等,最後針對教師對課程管理的反應與課程管理之成效等相關課題進行分析。歸納上述研究結果,研究者提出啟示與建議,期能提供實務現場關於學校層級進行課程管理之參酌。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of the curriculum management at school level were to assure the qualities of curriculum implementation and the effectiveness of national curriculum or school-based curriculum. The curriculum related policies couldn’t be directly implemented with fidelity in the schools, and curriculum implementation at school levels is the key element in influencing the consequences of these policies being carried out, so the curriculum management at school level is very significant. This study explored an elementary school’s practices of curriculum management about the implementation of curriculum related policy named “National Children Reading Movement”. The research mainly focused on the following domains. Firstly, understanding the curriculum management at school level. Secondly, exploring the intervening factors and difficulties when curriculum management was implemented in the elementary school. Thirdly, analyzing the responses to curriculum management form the teachers. Finally, investigating the effectiveness of curriculum management at school level. According to the conclusion, some recommendations offered to schools when the curriculum management at school level will be conducted in the future. |
