中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討例行動作與準備動作時間一致性、例行動作一致性以及準備時間一致性三種不同練習方式,對籃球罰球線投籃學習效果與保留效果及男女間之差異比較。以僑光技術學院72名男、女籃球選項學生為研究對象,受試者依隨機分配將男女各分三組不同練習方式,經過六週(每週二小時)練習後,將所得資料以SPSS軟體進行統計分析(p<.05),結果發現: 1. 在三種練習中,例行動作與準備動作時間一致性達到顯著學習效果。 2. 男女生之間與三種練習法間,其學習效果並未達顯著差異。 3. 學習效果保留上,在例行動作與準備動作時間一致性練習法上不具保留效果,其餘二種練習法均具良好的保留效果。 4. 罰球線投籃之學習效果保留,男生組並不因不同練習方法而有顯著差異,女生組在例行動作與準備動作間一致性練習組之學習效果保留顯著劣於對其餘二組。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated how the effects of free throws practice is influenced by three modes of practices: (1) the mode of consistency of both habitual movements and preparation time, (2) the mode of consistency of habitual movements, and (3) the mode of consistency of preparation time. It also looked into whether the effects were sustained and how the effects differentiated among male and female students. The subjects of this study were 72 students on the Overseas Chinese Institute of Technology male and female, who enrolled in the elective basketball course. They were randomly assigned to three different groups in which were engaged in practices under three different modes stated above, two hours a week during a span of six weeks. Findings of the study include: 1. All three modes of practice gain positive results, but only the mode of consistency of both habitual movements and preparation time showed significant effects. 2. As for the differentiation between male and female stuents, none of the three modes of practice showed significant effects. 3. Among the three modes of practices, the mode of consistency of both habitual movement and preparation time did not show sustaining effects of learning. The other two modes of practice showed good sustaining effects. 4. Male students showed no different sustaining effects of learning among different modes of practice; while female students showed better sustaining effects of learning using the mode of consistency of habitual movements or the mode of consistency of preparation time than using the mode of consistency of both habitual movement and preparation time. |
