中文摘要 | 研究目的在探討呼吸道成染住院病童母親之疾病認知和照護行為。本研究採調查法(Survey design) ,立意取樣(Purposive Sampling)40位研究對象,其為二歲以下下呼吸道居民感染住院病童之母親。以「疾病認知」、「照護行為量表」來評估下呼吸道感染住院病童母親之疾病認知和照護行為情形。所得的資料以SAS/Pc套裝軟體進行次數分配、百分比、標準差、單因子變異素等統計分析。 研究結果發現,經由系統性護理指導後,母親的基本屬性不影響其疾病認知和照護行為的得分。實驗組接受系統護理指導後,不僅在疾病認知及疾病的照護行為得分都有進步,因系統性護理經由二次的評估方式,糾正不清楚的知識和照護行為,使母親的學習能達到預定的目標。而在住院的過程中,母親對於疾病的相關問題也會隨著住院過程而有先後問題出現,所以護理指導並不是只有一次即可,在教導後需評估母親對於疾病是否真正了解,照護行為教導必須做回覆示教,以確定母親清楚照護行為的每個步驟。 經由此資料結果可以做為護理人員在教導下呼吸道感染病童母親之疾病的認知和照護行為之依據。 |
英文摘要 | The main issue of this study is to understand what cognitive and caring behaviors of children with lower respiratory infection of mother are 0 Forty mothers who have children under two years old with lower respiratory infection were chosen to be subjects by purposive sampling. Lower respiratory infection cognition questionnaire and caring checklist were used to evaluate of the matemal cognition of lower respiratory infection and the care behaviors. Those data were analyzed by frequency distribution、mean、standard deviation and compared by Pearson's correlation、one way ANOVA. After the systematic nursing invention, our research evidences that the basic attributes of mothers do not atfected mother's cognitive and caring behavior scores. In the experimental group, after subjects receive the systematic nursing invention, mother's cognitive scores and the caring behavior scores are increase. Thought the second evaluation, we discuss incorrect answer of mother's cognitive and caring behavior. Hence, mothers can leam more skills and they can reach the specific subject. During the medical treatment in the ward, the issue about respiratory disease will sequentially appear. The nursing inventions need to be done for many times. After nursing intervention, nurses need to evaluate what mother' s knowledge in reality, and nurses make sure that mother' s caring behavior in every steps are correct. These resu1ts can be as a guild line for nurses, teaching the mothers how to care their children with lower respiratory infection. |
