中文摘要 | 課程管理是對課程要素的安排處置。長久以來,在科學法則及績效目標取向的管理模式主導下,課程管理偏重行政取向的運作,忽略了課程主體的內在感受經驗需求及自主創造的潛力,所以本文特藉由闡釋十八世紀學者維柯的觀點,重新思考一種以詩性智慧為核心、以主體行動、感受、需求為基礎的創造性課程管理策略,開展人性的自發動力及激勵師生意義的建構,主張透過情意創造、賦予主體動能,激發潛能與美感,藉以促成課程更多的轉化與成長。 |
英文摘要 | Curriculum management not only exists in scientific and accountability way, but also in a creative condition . It consists of internal and external elements around peoples and meanwhile, proceeds to the feeling of inside and outside. This study reviews the theory of Vico, especially the view of poetic wisdom from humanity. According to Vico’s analysis, curriculum management should begin to emphasis the power of creative. That is to say, elaborating well-balanced approaches to enforce potential and creative actions is the most urgent task of curriculum management. |
