| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討南美白蝦(Litopenaeus vannamei)的免疫抗病能力。本文研究南美白蝦攝食含藻粉、海藻酸鈉(500 ppm、1000 ppm及2000 ppm)以及一般蝦類沉性飼料一個月後,於第0、1、2、4週進行酚氧化酵素、超氧離子、不同血球數量及總血球數量之測定。結果顯示,含藻粉與海藻酸鈉(500 ppm、1000 ppm及2000 ppm)成分之飼料,對白蝦血細胞中的PO活性及O₂¯含量皆具顯著的誘發效果(P<0.05)。另外,在投餵一個月後感染白斑病毒(WSSV),並於感染後每日進行南美白蝦免疫因子活性之測定。結果顯示感染白斑病毒(WSSV)可再次激發白蝦體內之免疫抗病能力。 |
| 英文摘要 | The experiment was to test the PO activity, O₂¯, phagocytosis, clearance efficiency, and total count hemocytes (THC) in hemocytes of white shrimp, and was measured at the time intervals of 0, 1, 2, and 4 weeks after feeding on algal powders, sodium alginate (500 ppm, 1000 ppm, and 2000 ppm), and an ordinary diet for 30 days. The results showed that the PO activity and O₂¯ were significantly increased (P<0.05) after feeding with algal powders, and sodium alginate when compared with the control group. The results also showed that the immune disease-resistant ability of L. vannamei could be re-induced by injecting with white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) after the feeding treatments. |
