英文摘要 | Carbon nanotubes (CNTs), which were first observed by Iijima in 1991, have received considerable attention owing to their unique physicalproperties and potential for varuous applications. The needle like tubes are coaxial tubes, which are constructed by rolling up graphite sheets, from 4 to 30 nm in diameter and up to 100 mm in length. Because their high aspect ratios and very small tip curvature, the nanotubes exhibit excellent field emission characteristics. Specifically, high field emission current density of 10 mA/cm2 and low turn-on electric field of 0.8 V/mm have been demonstrated. This study examined, printing-FED fabricated using the screen-printing technology. Carbon nanotubes have extensive uses for all kind of instrument, and universally achieve good results. Rice memory chips, will increase computer speed and efficiency millions times, increasing storage capacity to serval billion bits, and energy depletion to several 1/100,000s of present levels. Communication Band may be increase more than 100 times. |
