中文摘要 | 變壓器油中氣體分析診斷變壓器內部故障與否之技術,已是電力變壓器 在不斷電運轉下例行維護保養的重要項目之一。雖然此技術以CO,、CO、H,、 及c,一C,系碳氫化物對變壓器故障診斷具有極高的準確率,但對於近來採用極 多約合成樹脂絕緣材料劣化與內部異常過熱溫度之估算,仍無法正確有效的判 斷。而C,、C。系氣體是變壓器內部樹脂絕緣材料破壞的重要警訊和異常過熱 溫度與面積估算的主要依據,故可提昇變壓器故障預警檢測的精確性。 本計劃運用氣體色層分析儀分離丙烷、丙烯、異丁烷、正丁烷等四種氣體並建立 其檢量線,並藉此項技術蒐集國內300餘台變壓器油進行分析與統計,建立變壓 器故障診斷C�陛BC�疏t的異常基準值。最後以案例說明C�陛BC�皎蟔暽幭傱ˇ� 內部過熱溫度與面積推定及樹脂材料燒損之診斷,有相當助益。 |
英文摘要 | It has been recognized that the fault diagnosis throughGIO (Gas in Oil) analysis becomes one of the importantmethods to maintain power transformer routinely. AlthoughGIO analysis has very high accuracy in diagnosing transformers, it does not provide sufficient information on estimating the overheating temperature of the abnormal spot insidethe transformer due to the degradation of the synthetic resininsulating materials. C�� and C��-series gases are the major keyin evaluating the degradation of the synthetic resin materialsand estimating the spot temperature and spot area ofoverheating. In order to raise the accuracy and the completeness of the fault diagnosis, C�� and C�� gases should beconsidered to be included in the system. This project uses a gas chromatograph to separatepropane, propene, isobutane and n-butane and builds aquantatively analytical method. Also, it tries to establish basiccriteria for C�� and C�� series gases in analyzing faulttransformers through statistically analyzing 300 different oilsamples. At last, the article illustrates that the C�� and C�� gascontent are very helpful in diagnosing the damage of the resinmaterials and estimating the overheating area from theanalysis of real cases. |
