中文摘要 | 本文主要係針對多批量訂購之報童模式 ,以期達到總期望成本最小化之目標,進行最適訂購週期與最適訂購量之最佳化分析探討。在本研究中將次要市場之創格函數納入總期望成本模式中,以建構含有限制條件之總期望成本的報童模式,並對總期望成本函數建構數值模擬演算法,求解期望總成本最小化之最適訂購週期與最適訂購量。最後,進行各相關參數對期望總成本函數之敏感度分析,以水一步了宗相關參驄對期望總成本之影響,且以一數值範例加以闡述本研究主題的意義及對推論一驗證,並列出五點結論以供後續研究及實務應用之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we search for optimal purchasing period and optimal ordering quantity for perishable goods to minimize the total expected cost. Because of the purchasing period less than the expiry period, multi-lot ordering in expiry period is needed. Furthermore, we assume when the new perishable goods purchase in, the old ones must be delivered to secondary market. The price in secondary market is a function on transfer period. In this paper, we take price function under consideration and formulate numerical simulation algorithm to find out the optimal solution. In addition, sensitivity analysis is taken to realize the influence of each parameter on total expected cost. Finally, a numerical example is illustrated and five conclusions are drawn for practical applications and future studies. |
