中文摘要 | 本研究以完全自主開發的機電控制技術,研製出一套可用於生物晶片(Bio-chip)、實驗室晶片(Lab-on-a-chip)等領域檢測與實驗的系統,本系統不同於一般以昂貴微泵、微閥所建構的系統,完全以離心力操作。本文利用「定頻器」原理,以及「提前補償觸發」與數位式脈波寬度調變(PWM)控制的技術,配合能即時運算處理的單晶片微電腦「信號修正」電路與程式,成功的研製出能將旋轉中的影像清晰作同步「靜止」觀察的離心式生物晶片實驗系統-「閃碟2號」。經初步的實驗與結果證明,本研究所開發的系統,性能與效果優異,頗具實用與推廣的價值,對國內生醫產業也有啟發與參考的作用。 |
英文摘要 | This study uses fully automated mechanical and electrical control technology to develop test and experiment system for bio-chip and lab-on-a-chip. Different from other expensive system built upon micropump and microvalve, this system operates on centrifugal force. Based on the concept of "stroboscope" and "advanced compensation trigger", along with digital PWM technology and "signal modification" circuit and program of single-chip microcomputer for real-time algorithm, this study develops centrifugal bio-chip experimentation system that is able to convert the rotational image into synchronized "still" image for observation-" Flash 2". The preliminary experiment and result shows that the system delivers superior function and effect, as well as practical and promotional values. It also serves as a guideline to the bio-medical industry in Taiwan. |
