中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是闡述教師的角色和教學的功能,藉以提供教師教學和輔導學生的 參考依據。教師扮演有很多不同的角色,有科學家╱藝術家、決策者、教學設計者、諮商者 、班級經營者、評鑑者、以及研究者的角色。這些角色都是教師為有效教學上個人的、社會 的、和學術上的決定所該準備就緒的。教學功能是指教師在教學情境中所做的不同的決定。 簡言之,有基本的教學功能和重要的教學功能。首先,基本的教學功能有:(1) 每日評論和 檢核家庭作業; (2) 陳述;(3) 輔導實務; (4) 訂正與回饋;(5) 自定實務 (安排工作 ) ;(6) 每週的和每月的評論。其次,重要的教學功能有:(1) 增進思考的技巧;(2) 確立自 我概念與動機;(3) 經營班級的環境;(4) 從事教學;(5) 評鑑學習;(6) 符應特定的學生 的需要;(7) 做個終生的學習者。經由以上教師的角色與教學的功能的陳述,我們知道教師 總是引導學生從事新的學習,而不是如何使用學生已知道的。因此,教師的工作是在教學的 環境中設計有效的教學助長往後的教學。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to elucidate teachers' roles and instructional functions so as to provide a reference point for teachers in teaching and guiding their students. The teachers fulfill many different roles, functioning as scientist/artist, decision maker, instructional planner, counselor, classroom manager, evaluator, and researcher. These roles should prepare the teacher for those personal, social, and academic decisions required for effective teaching. Instructional functions are the decisions which teachers must make in their teaching situation. In short, instruction functions include basic instructional functions and main instructional functions. First, the basic instructional functions include: (1) Daily reviewing and checking homework; (2) Presentation;(3) Guided practice; (4)Corrective and feedbak;(5) Independent practice (seatwork) ;(6) Weekly and monthly reviews. Second, the main instructional include; (1)Fostering thinking skills;(2) Building self-concept and motivation;(3) Managing classroom environments;(4) Delivering instruction;(5) Evaluating learning; (6) Meeting the needs of special students;(7)Remaining lifelong learners. According to the teachers' roles and instructional functions mentioned above, we will know that teachers must always motivate students to engage in new learning, not to get students to use what they already know. Therefore, teachers' work is to design effective teaching that can conducive to later teaching in teaching environment. |
