中文摘要 | 在時間巨輪的推動之下,人類歷史已堂堂進入公元兩千零四年。在全球歡欣鼓舞慶祝此世紀的到來,意味著人類將展開另一個全新的生活面貌。數位經濟時代的來臨,使得組織經營模式也隨之改變:再者,資訊科技的快速進步,也對組織產生了不同的影響。經由上述的改變,使得組織漸走向知識組織之型態。學校是一個正式的組織。因此,在面對愈來愈多的知識更新之競爭與策略之下,初等或中等教育的管理是個重要的議題。在快速變動之下,學校組織必需能快速反應才能於環境中適存。是以,在二十一世紀的今天,這競爭快速變化的時代裡,「知識」成為最有效的競爭利器。值此教育改革政策不斷推出,教育改革步驟正在加速之現階段,校長(或教師)有無正確認識並期許教學領導的需求,是實踐教育改革的一個根本問題。因此,本研究的主旨在於瞭解和分析知識管理的文獻,歸納出教學領導的實施,藉以提供學校校長(或教師)在重建和經營學校上的參考依據。 依據本文的研究結果,歸納如下:1.落實學校本位課程理念,藉以精進學校的教學品質;2.學校應看重教師的專業表現,精進教學品質與成效;3.強化校內的持續支援服務。依據上述知識管理和教學領導的實施之探討,研究者提出如下三項主要的建議:1.學校應提供優質的學校文化,鼓勵老師專業成長;2.學習學校同仁間彼此的互惠關係,鼓舞領導者的關懷與道德領導;3.理解知識管理與教學領導,促使學校精進知識管理與教學領導,以創造學校組織的智慧資本。 |
英文摘要 | Human races in the world have developed a whole new life since the year of 2004. It means that the coming of economic times changes the business model of organization. Furthermore, the speedy advancement of information technology also has different effect to organizations. Because of the changes what we mentioned before, organizations' patterns transfer into knowledgeable by degrees. The school is a formal organization. Thus, the competition and strategy within the primary or secondary education management is the important issue while more knowledge reform come out. In the rapid variation, school organization must react rapidly so that can survive in the circumstances. Therefore, in the 21st century, speedy variable times, "knowledge" becomes the most effective niche. Especially recently educational reform policies correctly, response positively and express a strong desire to pursue instructional leadership is much concerned. Therefore, this study aims understanding and analyzing literature of knowledge management and generalizing the implementation of instructional leadership so as to provide reference point for principals (or teachers) in re-construct and managing their schools. To synthesize the results, it gets the conclusions which are draw as follows: 1.School-based curriculum ideas should be realized, thus promote the instructional quality. 2.Schools should constantly do regard as important the teachers' professianal prefformance, thus increasing the development of teaching guality and enhance to the teaching effect. 3.Providing sustained support for each other members. According to the Knowledge management and the implementation of instructional leadership mentioned in the study, the main three suppestions are as follows: 1.Schools should improve the good school culture, thus strengthen to the development of professional growth. 2.Learnig from each other in reciprocal relationship, praricularly principals' caring and moral leadership. 3.Understanding knowledge management and instructional leadership, how to put school improve knowledge management and instructional leadership into implementation to creative intellectual capital school organization. |
