中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在了解於教育部規定自八十七學年度始,實施「鄉土教學活動」課程獨立設科教學,至九十學年度九年一貫課程開始實施為止,花蓮縣國小實施該課程的狀況。研究者由花蓮縣112所國小中抽取55所,採用半結構式面談或電話訪談教務主任或執行鄉土教學活動的老師,以了解這三年間花蓮縣「鄉土教學活動」課程的實施狀況。 調查研究發現花蓮縣、市超過95%的國小是按照教育部規定全面實施「鄉土教學活動」課程;約有一半左右的學校投入近二分之一的教師參予該門課程的相關教學活動;縣教育局及學校本身對該課程皆相當支持與配合,唯鄉土教學之師資培養不易,流動量大,加以經費有限,造成課程實施上的困擾。同時也由各校的實施經驗建議鄉土教學課程的實施,務必與社區結合才能達成所要的教學效果,且須藉由舉辦相關的研習活動以提昇教師專業知能,再者建議教育局爭取較充裕的經費以補助各校實施鄉土教學課程的戶外教學,如此將有助於提昇鄉土教學相關課程的教學成效。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to realize the results of the implementation of "Local Study Curriculum" in Hualien. This course was slightly implemented as an independent course since 1998, based on instructions from the Education bureau, until 2001, when it was begun as Grades 1-9 curriculum. The researchers were interested in realizing how the instruction was implemented and what its effect had been. Fifty-five out of 112 elementary schools in Hualien were selected as samples and the researchers interviewed academic deans, or teachers, who taught the curse in schools selected. The survey found that over 95% schools have put the course into practice, and more than 50% of the schools have over half their teachers participating in the course teaching activities. The school administrative departments and the County Education Department have fully supported the operation of this course in coordination. However, the most serious problems which hindered implementation of this course were insufficient teacher discipline, a high-loss rate among teachers and limited funds. Therefore, to promote instructional efficiency of the Local Study course in the future, the researchers suggest that more training seminars be offered to improve teacher discipline, that the county education department strive to increase funds for these kinds of curricula, and that efforts be made to involve local communities and students' parents into the course. |
