中文摘要 | 知識管理領域中的隱性知識是真實知識的寶庫,常藉由實務經驗中獲得,本研究藉由問卷調查及內容分析方式,透過隱性知識外顯化的程序來分析現今國民中小學校長隱性知識的內涵。 本研究經統計分析結果,在隱性知識三個層面上彼此均有顯著相關,另就隱性知識三個層面與校長背景變項之顯著性差異分析結果,有部份達顯著水準;而在校長最常用的五項隱性知識的內容分析中則以培養成員對於組織及內部成員的信任感、積極營造學校與社區的公共關係、能透過會議的方式做成決策與判斷、營造組織良好氣氛降低衝突與疏離及能強化自我角色與專業形象等五項隱性知識使用比率最高。 |
英文摘要 | In the field of knowledge management, tacit knowledge, the treasure of real knowledge, can be gotten by practical experience. The theme of this paper, which through questionnaires and content analysis to figure tacit knowledge, is for analyzing the connotations of tacit knowledge among principals of the junior high schools and elementary schools nowadays. According to the statistical results, it gets the conclusion that triple dimensions of tacit knowledge, including interpersonal, intrapersonal, and organizational tacit knowledge, are related obviously. And the analysis of triple dimensions and principles' background variables is found that they are part significance to principles' tacit knowledge. Besides, based on the content analysis of the five items of tacit knowledge which principles often use, they result in developing the faith among school members and organization, managing good relationship between school and community, making decisions and judgment by meeting, setting up fine climate of the organization to avoid conflicts and unfamiliarity, and enhancing self-image and professional development. |
