中文摘要 | 微混合器的研製在生化分析、藥物輸送、生醫檢測上、甚而DNA或RNA的分析及合成上,已扮演了相當重要的角色,而其混合效益的檢測與評估技術的研發,買則為微混合器研發實務上相當關鍵的研究重點。本研究主要利用影像灰度差異觀念,以數位影像處理方法為基礎,發展一混合效益空間分布資料演算法,並自行設計一組微管道寬度為100flm、深度為200μm之微混合器晶片,搭配兩種不同顏色之染劑進行混合,藉由實驗結果之灰階影像,探討此混合效益演算法的功能與適用性。實驗結果顯示,本研究所發展之演算法可以精確的評估混合狀態與混合效益,可實際應用於微混合器之研製其及功能評估上。此外,當流量為0.7854μ1/8時,僅須0.35秒就可完成混合,且輸出之混合液均可達到90%以上之混合效益,顯示所設計之微混合器亦有微量體積快速均勻之混合效果,未來有可能應用於臨床醫學診斷技術上。 |
英文摘要 | The micromixer is essential in biochip analysis, drug delivery, biomedical inspection, as well as RNA and DNA synthesis and testing. A suitable evaluation method is required for mixing effect comparison in the stage of research and development of micromixers. Among current evaluation methods, no satisfactory solution has been found for precisely evaluating mixing performance. This paper describes a mathematical model that uses image gray level to evaluate the mixing effect in micromixers. Experiments were implemented using two different color liquids in a self-fabricated two-channel micromixer, in which the microchannel width was about 100μm and the depth was 200μm. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can clearly display the full-field mixing state in the mixer, so that it is helpful to evaluate the performance of a micromixer. As shown, a mixing effect over 90% was inspected within 0.35 seconds at a flux of 0.7854μl/s. The purpose of rapid and uniform mixing has been obviously achieved in this self-designed mixer, therefore it is possible to be applied to the field of biomedical diagnosis. |
