中文摘要 | 本研究探討有限元素法分析引擎曲柄軸在自由懸吊時之模態準確度及可用性。使 用兩種建模方法分別是樑元素及四面立體元素, 以 ANSYS 求解,所得到之模態自然頻率、 模態形狀與模態試驗的實驗值比較。結果顯示立體元素遠較樑元素更適合曲柄軸之動態分析 ,得到了相當準確的分析結果。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the accuracy and validity of finite element approaches for dynamic analysis of nonrotating crankshafts which are free-free suspended. The finite element models those generally used are two categories: the beam elements and solid elements. By using these two models the natural frequencies and mode shapes of two crankshafts are determined and compared with experimental data from modal testing. Results showed that the solid element is more appropriate than the beam element in the dynamic analysis of crankshafts. |
