中文摘要 | 近年來,語言教師教育中,反思教學的運用已成為一主流典範。一般認為,反思能有在教師發展中扮演重要的角色。目前有許多方法被用來幫助教師發展反思教學,成立教師團體即為其中一種方式。本文主要的目的在討論反思教學的概念在英語教師教育中的重要性,以及教師發展團體如何能有助於其發展。本研究根據氣有的文獻加以歸納闡述,並對臺灣英教師教育發展提出可能之建議。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, reflective practice has become a dominant paradigm in language teacher education. It is widely accepted that reflection plays a crucial role in teacher development. A variety of approaches have been utilized to help teachers develop reflectivity in their teaching. One method of encouraging this reflection is the formation of teacher development groups. This paper aims to discuss the notion of reflective teaching in English Language Teacher Education and the role of teacher development groups in developing such practice on the basis of findings drawn from the existing literature. The discussion first centers on the development of reflective teaching in the field of language teacher education and then the formation of teacher groups in promoting it. Finally, possible implications and suggestions of EFL teacher development in Taiwan are presented. |
