中文摘要 | 本試驗選取台灣楠櫧林帶,不同生育環境中之5 種原生優勢闊葉樹種,台灣胡桃、烏心石、鬼櫟、青剛櫟和栓皮櫟,以人工遮蔭的方式營造相對光度49%和26%之不同光度環境,以全光為對照組,分別觀測5 種樹種之苗木在不同光度下之葉部形態及解剖特性。5 種樹種之比葉面積,隨著生長環境光度的減低,有顯著增加的趨勢。烏心石、台灣胡桃和鬼櫟的葉片氣孔密度,在全光的環境下明顯高於遮蔭下者。烏心石和栓皮櫟的氣孔保衛細胞大小,在不同光度環境下有顯著差異。台灣胡桃和栓皮櫟的葉片柵狀細胞之長/寬比值,在遮蔭環境下明顯的低於全光下者。鬼櫟葉片下表皮的毛茸,隨著光度的減低有變短的情形。 |
英文摘要 | This study was aimed to understand the seedling morphological responses of five native broad-leaves tree species, Taiwan wingnut (Juglans cathayensis), Formosan michelia (Michelia compressa), devil tan oak (Lithocarpus lepidocarpus), ring-cupped oak (Cyclobalanopsis glauca), and Chinese cork oak (Quercus variabilis) under different light intensities. The seedlings were grown under full sunlight and two artificial shading environments, representing 49% and 29% of the full light intensity. The morphological attributes of the five species were observed after the new shoots were elongated under different light intensities. The specific leaf area of all five species increased with decreasing light intensity. In the shaded environments, the stomatal densities of Formosan michelia, Taiwan wingnut, and devil tan oak clearly exceeded those grown under full sunlight. The size of stomatal guard cells in Formosan michelia and Chinese cork oak differed significantly among different light regimes. The relative length/width ratios of palisade cells in Taiwan wingnut and Chinese cork oak grown under lower intensities were obviously lower than those under full sunlight. The leaf trichome lenghth of devil tan oak shortened with the reduction of light intensity. |
