中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於了解民宿消費者之消費行為、休閒需求及投宿滿意。於今(2009) 年農曆春假期間(元月1日~4日)到苗栗縣南庄鄉「蓬萊民宿區」旅遊的遊客為研究對象。 以修定之消費行為、休閒需求及投訴滿意度等量表為研究工具。資料處理以描述性統 計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析來分析差異情形。所得結果如下:一在消費行為 分析方面:投宿次數以平均每年在3~4次的為最多,有43人;投宿時段以於星期一~星期 五的為最多,有40人;消費預算以每次每人的消費金額在2001~3000元的人數最多,有 55人;同行友伴以和朋友同行者為最多,有47人;資訊來源則以從報張雜誌處獲得者為 最多,有37人。二、不同性別受試者在休閒需求及投宿滿意的所有構面及全量表上,均 未達顯著差異(>.05)。三、不同年齡別受試者在休閒需求的輕鬆、娛樂、求新構面上, 達顯著差異(p<.05);在投宿滿意的所有構面及全量表上,均達顯著差異(p<.05),21~30 歲組、31~40歲組、40歲以上組的平均數,均顯著大於20歲及以下組。四、不同職業別 受試者在休閒需求及投宿滿意的所有構面及全量表上,均達顯著差異(p<.05)。五、不 同學歷別受試者在休閒需求的休息、求新構面上,未達顯著差異(>.05),在其他構面及 全量表上, 均達顯著差異(p< .05); 在投宿滿意的餐飲滿意構面上, 未達顯著差異(p >.05);在其他構面及全量表上,均達顯著差異(p<.05),大專院校組的平均數,均顯著 大於20歲及以下組。六、不同婚姻別受試者在休閒需求及投宿滿意的所有構面及全量表 上,均達顯著差異(p<.05)。七、不同居住地區別受試者在休閒需求的休息構面上,未 達顯著差異(>.05),在其他構面及全量表上,均達顯著差異(p<.05);在投宿滿意的安 全滿意構面上達顯著差異(p<.05),居住在北部者的平均數顯著大於居住在中部者、南 部者;在其他構面及全量表上,均未達顯著差異(p>.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand home-stay consumers’ behavior and satisfaction. The samples were tourists who traveled to Pon Lai Home-stay Area in Nan Zhuang Township, Miao Li County from January 1, 2009 to January 4, 2009. The researcher used leisure needs scales as method. Statistical analysis was used descriptive statistic, T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results were as following: 1. In comsumer behavior section: most of them home stay at 3~4times per year, most of them chose home stay on Monday ~ Friday. Bodget spend around 2001 ~ 3000per time, most of them accompanion with friend,imfomations got from news paper and magazion. 2. Gender section in satisfaction analysis did not have significant statistical meaning (p > .05). 3. Age section in satisfaction analysis had significant meaning (p<.05). The average mean in 21~30, 31~40,40over groups were larger than group of 20 and under 20. 4. Career section in satisfaction analysis have significant statistical meaning (p<.05). 5. Educational section in satisfaction analysis had significant statistical meaning (p<.05). 6. Marriage section in satisfaction had significant statistical meaning (p<.05). 7. Living area in satisfaction in safety dimension analysis had significant statistical meaning (p<.05). In other dimensions did not have significant meaning (p>.05). |
