中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討技專校院附設進修學院學生的學習滿意因素。研究之進行,首先透過文獻整理與分析,探究學習滿意因素的內涵,並據以建立研究的整體架構。繼而選擇問卷調查法,以「技專校院附設進修學院學生學習滿意問卷」為工具,蒐集研究所需資料。調查實施以臺灣北部地區技專校院附設進修學院學生為對象,施測獲得有效樣本1129份。所使用的統計分析方法主要包括:次數分配、標準差、排序、t-考驗及單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)。經分析結果,獲致下列結論:一、整體而言,學生對於本研究所歸納八個學習滿意因素構面的學習滿意度都不高,其中就比較而言,學生最滿意的部份是課程與教學,其次是校園氣氛,再其次是學習成就的滿足。二、從個人的背景因素分析,在性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、經濟狀況四個變項中,分別有男生、年齡大、已婚有小孩、無經濟壓力的學生學習滿意度較高的現象。另外,就所就讀科系與工作性質的相關性而言,則以所就讀科系與工作性質有關的學生滿意度較高。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the satisfaction factors of non-traditional students in technology institutes and universities in Taiwan. For the purpose of this study, the procedures were divided into to the following steps: Firstly, inducting and organizing the dimensions of the satisfaction factors and its contained items, each dimension by literature review. Secondly, interviews of these non-traditional students will be conducted to correct, to revise, and to rewrite the raw dimensions and its contained items. Thirdly, to transform the dimensions and its contained items that have been revised into a form of research questionnaire. Fourthly, to arrange a panel to discuss and screen the questionnaire that has been formed. Fifthly, a pilot test-study will be administered to analyze the construction validity and the reliability of this questionnaire. After a questionnaire validity and reliability were established, the study built the sampling framework to conduct sampling and to administer a survey gathering the research data. The subjects were non-traditional students in technology institutes and universities in Taiwan. Data processing was designed with methods including frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. Finally, the study synthesized the research findings and presented some suggestions based on these findings for the application of these satisfaction factors and the sequence of study for the future. |
