中文摘要 | 本文並非是實證論典範(positivism)的研究,而是踩在實踐學典範(Praxiology)立場之臨床研究(clinical research)。文中首先評介「行動後學習」(AAR; After Action Review),而後陳述了三位作者以參與式行動研究法在個案公司導入與實驗AAR 的協同研究歷程;再以中距離理論(middle-range theory)的位階,呈現了由現場資料與行動中探索與浮現的「AAR 後效模式」;最後則討論了本個案研究的實務與學術意涵:傳統教育訓練模式或易因學習循環之環節眾多與漫長而有較高失效機率,本個案則呈現了諸如AAR 等現場學習協同機制之另一種學術傳統或典範的可能。 |
英文摘要 | After Action Review (AAR) has high potential for facilitating organizational learning and management of knowledge behavior. In a clinical research of applied AAR, we established a middle-range model of AAR’s intervention and influence model mediated by a feedback process of interaction by social network capital and team learning behavior. Follow the methodology of Praxiology, this paper stay in the middle-range theoretical level and suggested that the traditional training model used by Human Resource Management was not the only choice for professional development, the AAR-liked work-based learning mechanisms might had high potential both for practitioners and researchers. The other kinds of academic tradition or paradigm are discussed. |
