中文摘要 | 本文為具形狀記憶性熱塑性聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)之合成。 首先將聚醚雙醇(PTMG )與4.4’-二苯甲基二異氰酸酯(MDI )進行預眾合反應,再使用含二醇之鏈延長劑 1.4-butanediol (1.4BD) 及4.4-iso[isopropyl idenediphenyl. Bis(2-phexoxyethnol )-sulphone或Naphoxydiethanol等含苯環或奈環等不同化學結構之鏈延長劑,加以鏈延長。所合成出之共聚合體其薄膜之抗張強度在64~78MPa,伸率則在14~19%,初始模數則在1.62~2.00GPa。此外,共聚合體之玻璃轉移溫度介於107~123 ℃之間,熔點在306~326℃,在氮氣之中的10%重量損失溫度在411~441℃,而在空氣中則介於392~426℃之間。在形狀記憶性方面,導入含苯或含 鏈延長劑之聚合體較傳統者有較佳的形狀記憶性。 |
英文摘要 | In this article, the thermoplastic polyurethane (PU) with shape memory property was synthesized. First, the PU prepolymer was prepared by reacting of polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) with 4,4’ –diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), then extending with various extenders such as linear aliphatic 1,4-butanediol (l,4BD), benzoyl type 4,4-bis (4-hydroxyhexoxy)-isopropylane (BPE) and naphthalate type bis (2-phenoxyethanol)- sulphone (BES) or naphthoxy diethanol (ND). From the experimental results, the tensile strength, the elongation at break, and the initial modulus of these copolymer films were in the range of 64~78 Mpa , 14~19% and 1.62~2.00 GPa, respectively. From the thermal analysis, the glass transition temperature and the melting point of these copolymers were in the range of 107~123°C and 306~326°C, respectively, and the 10% weight loss temperatures exhibited in a range of 411~441°C in nitrogen and 392~426°C in air, respectively. For shape memory property, the extender with benzoyl or naphthalate group could promote it shape memory property than that of regular polyurethane. |
