中文摘要 | 本研究以黏土為載體將銀離子交換至黏士層中,其製成奈米銀粒子,再以改質劑嵌入層間以改質黏士表面。最後並和聚酯以熔融混練方式合成聚酯/黏土奈米複合材料。由本文可驗證黏士表面的改質可進一步增強聚酯和黏士表面之親和力,並以濾網試驗、XRD和UV-Vis對樣品進行各項測試。 |
英文摘要 | Silver nanoparticles containing clay were synthesized in this study. Clay treated as host performs ion exchange with Ag+, and then reducing agent was used to form nanoscale silver clusters in clay interlayers. Quaternaryammonium compounds (QAC) were intercalated into the clay layers of silver containing clay. Subsequent mixing with polyester was melt compounding to form polyester/clay nanocomposites. This paper demonstrates the importance of modification of the clay surface to enhance the affinity between the clay surface and polyesters. The mixtures of organoclay and polyester were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and filter test. UV -Vis spectrometers were also used to detect the formation of silver nanoparticles. |
