中文摘要 | 本研究以弘光科技大學五專護理科學生為研究對象,主要在驗證導師領導,班級支持對學生參加拔河競賽結果之影響。本研究以賴姍姍、王克武 (2003) 所發展之「導師領導、班級支持對團隊運動競賽成績表現」量表為研究工具,抽樣方式以分層隨抽樣於每個年級抽取一班,一共發出問卷300份,回收之有效問卷為251份,回收率為84%。回收資料經 LISREL8.30分析後得至似下結果: (一)導師領導對班級承諾有正向且直接的影響。 (二)導師領導與班級凝聚力之間沒有顯著的關聯性。 (三)班級支持對班級承諾有正向且直接的影響。 (四)班級支持與班級凝聚力之間沒有顯著的關聯性。 (五)班級支持對成績表現有正向且直接的影響。 (六)班級承諾對班級凝聚力有正向且直接的影響。 (七)班級凝聚力和成績表現之間沒有顯著的關聯性。 (八)班級承諾與成績表現之間沒有顯著的關係存在。 (九)透過班級承諾,導師領導與班級支持間接顯著的影響班級凝聚力。 (十)透過班級凝聚力,班級支持對成績表現的間接影響力並不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The main aim of this study was to examine the effect that mentor leadership and class support work on sport competition outcome. The instrument for this study employed the scale developed by Lai and Won (2002) titled 'The effect of mentor leadership and class support towards team-sport competition performance". The subjects of this study were students of nursing department at HungKuang University. A stratify random sampling was adopted to select one class from each grade of the population. 300 questionnaires were distributed to participants and 251 were valid corresponding with an 84% of retum rate. The gathered data were than computed by LISREL 8.30 and concluded as follows: 1. Mentor leadership has positive and significant correlation with class commitment. 2. Mentor leadership has no significant correlation with class cohesion. 3. Class support has positive and significant correlation with class commitment. 4. Class support has no positively and significantly correlation with class cohesion. 5. Class support has positive and significant correlation with performance. 6. Class commitment has positive and significant correlation with class cohesion. 7. Class cohesion has no significant correlation with performance. 8. Class commitment has no significant correlation with performance. 9. Class commitment was positively and significantly mediating the relationship between mentor leadership, class support and class cohesion. 10. Class cohesion was not positively and significantly mediating the relationship between class commitment and performance. |
