中文摘要 | 本文以第六屆全國大專院校創思設計與製作競賽為背景,說明線控機器人的製作過程所需要應用到的機電知識技術來達到教學效果。不同於以往,此次競賽是由二臺機器人共同完成指定動作及功能,包括取管及接出管道,從管道上方漏斗處放球並使球經由管道中落入於標的區內的籃子中,以得分高者勝出。本製作的控制器是採可程式控制器,運用布林邏輯演算階梯電路,以程式化的時序脈波電路,可使致動器達到類似步進動作,使操控上更加靈活及精準。該製作已分別在本校模擬場地及南臺科技大學比賽場地完成所有要求的功能動作,證實此製作過程的方法,不僅對於學生實作、學理應用及啟發創思,助益良多,也對本校機電整合課程提供一個具教學意義的案例。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper was to demonstrate how wire-controlled robots were designed and built for "The 6[90bb] Annual Contest of Creative Design among Technological Colleges" held in Southern Taiwan University of Technology last October. Different from the past, the two robots, each manipulated by one teammate, must cooperate to grasp acrylic pipes to build gateways for tennis balls to pass through. The robots also needed to release these balls from a funnel. The scores were based on the success of the balls which fall into designated funnels. The master robot was equipped with several DC motors, all controlled by a programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The complete logic circuits for relays and switches were first simplified by Boolean algebra before they were implemented into the PLC program. This particular procedure could dramatically reduce the numbers of relays needed for the complicated movements. Meanwhile, variable-period pulses were generated by the PLC to drive the motors to act like stepping motors, so that more precise4 movements could be achieved. The robots have been comprehensively tested before the contest. They also accurately completed all required tasks in our campus show as well as the contest. The results of this work verified that it was a successful accomplishment and good training exercise by the students, as well as an inspiring project for the mechatronics curriculum. |
