中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討學士學位在職進修護理人員之生涯定位、生涯發展需求及其相關因素。以「生涯定位量表」與「生涯發展需求調查表」針對中部地區某醫學大學與技術學院護理系(二技學制) ,已具備護理師資格且目前在職進修學士學位之一年級生為對象進行調查。研究發現如下:一、樣本呈現之生涯定位,主要是以安全與生活型態為主,其次是挑戰與技術服務生涯定位。二、不同類型之生涯定位者,有不同之生涯發展需求,且達顯著差異。三、對護理有興趣者之生涯定位較對護理不感興趣者顯著傾向於「挑戰與技術服務」生涯定位,且其對生涯路徑之需求顯著偏高。年齡25歲以下及年資三年以下者,其整體生涯發展需求得分顯著偏高,尤其是對教育訓練與生涯諮商有高度需求,且達顯著差異。研究結果建議:護理教育與行政管理部門應協助護理人員充分了解自我生涯定位,並滿足不同生涯定位者之生涯發展需求,以朝向專業生涯發展。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the career anchor, needs of career development and their related factors of the registered nurses in BSN programs. Subjects were the first graders selected from the nursing departments of a medical university and a technical institute in the central Taiwan. They were administered the Career Anchor Scale and the Career Developmental Needs Scale. The results showed that 1. The security/ life career anchor was the major anchor, followed by the challenge/ technical/ service anchor (CTS); 2. Students with different types of career anchor had different needs of career development; 3. The nurses with higher nursing interests had higher scores of CTS anchor than those with lower nursing interests, and had higher significant needs of career path. Subjects under age 25 and less than 3 years working experiences had greater needs of career consultation and education. Nursing educators and administrators are advised to help nurses understand their career anchors, to strengthen their motivation to work in a chosen career that is a meaningful part of a lifelong pursuit, and to support different types of career anchor and meet their needs of career development, and thus to achieve professional development. |
