中文摘要 | 本研究以台灣傳統藥用植物-巴豆(Croton tiglium L.)之根、莖、葉及種子等各部位為試材,經冷浸法、熱迴流萃取法取得其乙醇粗萃取物,藉以評估其對常見之紙質文物黴菌與自然落菌等之抗黴性,且以其不同濃度萃取物測定各黴菌之最低抑制濃度(MIC)。巴豆各部位乙醇粗萃取物收率介於1.51-10.51%間,其中以葉部於熱迴流萃取法者為最高;各粗萃取物之pH值大致呈偏弱鹼性,其值介於6.38-8.49,而其於浸漬濾紙下之顏色變化皆隨其濃度增加而呈現偏黃綠色。抗黴性結果得知,巴豆各部位以冷浸法或熱迴流萃取法所得乙醇粗萃取物於不同濃度下之抗黴性皆較對照組(乙醇)與空白組者佳,且其對自然落菌者之抗黴性為較佳,又知各乙醇粗萃取物於濃度10 mg/mL時即具抗黴性。MIC結果顯示,巴豆根部以熱迴流萃取法所得乙醇粗萃取物較冷浸法者具有較低的MIC值,以黑麴黴為例,其值為最低(0.78mg/mL),最高者則為巴豆莖部以冷浸法所得者,其對綠色木黴之MIC值為25mg/mL。由上述結果得知,本研究所用巴豆各部位於不同萃取方法所得各粗萃取物應用於紙質文物黴菌之抗黴性,應有其可行性。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to use Croton tiglillm L., one of the traditional medical plants in Taiwan, as the experimental materials. The original extracts of Croton tiglium, including root, stem, leaves and seed, obtained from the cold soaking processes or the heat reflux methods with ethanol. The antifungal and air fungi particles activities of the extracts were evaluated. The Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) with different concentrations of the extracts for various fungi was determined. The yield, 1.51-10.51%, of the ethanolic original extracts was obtained and the leaves portion was the highest one. The pH value of the extracts was from 6.38 to 8.49. The color difference (△E*)of filter paper after soaking with the extracts became yellowish green with the increase of the concentration. The antifungal activities obtained that regardless of by using the cold soaking processes or the heat reflux methods with ethanol, the antifungal activities of the Croton tiglium extracts of root, stem, leaves and seed were all effectiveness after comparing to the Blank and Control (ethanol only) The extracts were with a better antifungal activity to air fungi particles, and each ethanolic extracts with about 10mg/mL concentration were effective to the antifungal activity. The MIC showed that the root original extracts of Croton tiglium by using the heat reflux methods with ethanol had a lower MIC, and for Aspergillus niger, it was the lowest value, 0.78mg/mL. The highest one was the stem portion, using the cold soaking processes, and its MIC against Trichoderma viride was 25mg/mL. As above results, the ethanolic original extracts of each portion of Croton tiglium with different extracted method is possibly to app1y on the antifungal activities of paper-based relics for antifungal activities. |
