中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討以氨水洗滌法去除煙道中二氧化碳氣體藉以減緩溫室效應 現象之可行性研究。以氨水洗滌法去除煙道中二氧化碳氣體是一種新的去除程序。本研究使 用一組半連續流反應器同時探討氨水洗滌法去除二氧化碳氣體之效率與氨水吸收容量之高低 關係。研究結果顯示出於本研究各組的操作條件下,氨水對二氧化碳氣體之去除率介於 95% ∼ 98% 之間,而其本身之吸收容量則在 0.70-1.20 kg-CO �� /kg-NH �陘孜﹛C本研究另外 並在相同的操作條件下,針對傳統上經常使用之乙醇胺吸收溶劑進行探討。研究結果亦顯示 出乙醇胺溶劑去除二氧化碳氣體之效率可高達 95%,然而此一結果只有在特定的操作條件下 才可達到。在大部分的操作條件下,使用乙醇胺溶劑法除二氧化碳氣體之效率均較氨水來得 低。此外,乙醇胺之吸收容量 (在本研究中為介於 0.20-0.38 kg-CO �� /kg-MEA 之範圍 ) 亦較氨水為低。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims at an evaluation of the CO�盍emoval from flue gas by NH �� solution scrubbing in order to mitigate the greenhouse effect. CO �� removal by NH �� scrubbing is a novel process. Both the CO �� removal efficiency and the absorption capacity were evaluated using a semi-continuous flow reactor. The experimental results showed that the CO �� removal efficiency could be up to 95 ∼ 98%, and the absorption capacity of NH �� scrubbing was around 0.70 to 1.20 kg-CO �� /kg-NH �� for the operating conditions tested in this study. Similar tests were also performed using traditional monoethanolamine (MEA) solution. The CO �� removal efficientcy could be as high as 95% under limited operating conditions. For many of the operating conditions, the CO �� removal efficiency using the MEA solution was lower than that using the NH �� solution. Furthermore, the absorption capacity of the MEA scrubbing (0.20 ∼ 0.38 kg-CO �� /kg-MEA in this study) was also lower than that of the NH �� scrubbing. |
