中文摘要 | 傳統中醫將人體的皮膚劃分為十二區,分別屬於十二經脈,即十二皮部,又根據經絡理論,經絡的循行如環無端,因此本研究的目的是探討針刺對微循環的效應,進一步了解針刺的作用生理機轉,並證實經絡加環無端的理論。總共研究38位年輕女性自願者的右手中指甲襞微循環,分別針刺右、左曲池、合否和外關靳氏手三針(手三針),或右足三里、三陰交和太衝等靳氏足三針(足三針),觀察針刺前後甲襞微循環的微血管密度和微血管內紅血球流速變化的時間經過。結果顯示針刺右手三針於針刺5分鐘時,甲襞微循環微血管的密度比針刺前增加,但不論針刺右、左或足三針於針刺20分鐘,以及針後5分鐘、10分鐘時,甲襞微循環微血管的密度比針刺前減少,針刺右手三針於5分鐘、10分鐘時,針刺左手三針於針刺5分鐘時,針刺右足三針於針刺5分鐘和針刺15分鐘時甲襞微循環微血管內紅血球流速比針刺前增加。針刺右或左手三針於針後5分鐘和針後10分鐘時,甲襞微循環微血管內紅血球流速比針刺前下降。 基於上述的結果,推測針刺5分鐘後,針刺的信號可能經由大腦皮質調節產生交感神經的抑制作用,而這個作用大約維持15分鐘。於與疾病相同或相鄰皮部的穴位施行針刺可以產生更大的作用。另外,針刺身體對側或下肢穴位,如左手、右足三針對右上肢的甲襞微循環也有同樣的作用,這個結果提供經絡循行如環無端之經絡理論有力的證據。針刺是否會引發身體不同時段的生理生物反應,需作進一步的研究。 |
英文摘要 | In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the skin surface of human body is divided into twelve regions, and each region belongs to one of twelve meridians. Therefore they are called twelve cutaneous portions. In addition, according to the theory of meridian, the transport pathway of meridian likes a circle and no end. The aim of the present study was to investigate effect of acupuncture on microcirculation, and further explored the physiological mechanisms of acupuncture action, and to proof the theory of meridian as like a circle. A total of 38 young adult female volunteers were studied, their nailfold microcirculation of right middle finger were recorded. Acupuncture needles were applied into right or left Jin’s hand three-needle Quchi, Hegu and Waiguan, and right Jin’s foot –three-needle Zusanli, Sanyinjian, and Taichong, respectively. The time course in the changes of capillary density and intra-capillary red blood cell velocity of nailfold microcirculation was observed before and after acupuncture. The results indicated that the capillary density of nailfold microcirculation was greater during acupuncture 5 min than these before acupuncture in the right hand three-needle assessment, whereas the capillary density during acupuncture 20 min, post acupuncture 5 min, post acupuncture 10 min was less than these before acupuncture in the right or left hand, or right foot three-needle assessments. The intra-capillary red blood cell velocity of nailfold microcirculation was greater than these before acupuncture during acupuncture 5 min and 10 min in the right hand three-needle assessment and during acupuncture 5 min in the left had three-needle assessment, and during acupuncture 5 min and 15 min in the right foot three-needle assessment. The intra-capillary red blood cell velocity was less than these before acupuncture in the post acupuncture 5 min and 10 min in the right and left hand three-needle assessments. Based on the above-mentioned results, suggesting that acupuncture signal possibly mediate via cerebral cortex to produce the sympathetic nerve inhibition 5 min after acupuncture, and this action about maintain 15 min. a greater acupuncture action may be induced when acupuncture apply to the same or adjoining cutaneous portion of the disorder. In addition, acupuncture apply to the acupoint on the contralateral side or lower extremities of human body such as left hand three-needle, right foot three-needle also may produce the effect to nailfold microcirculation of right middle finger, the results provide a evidence that the transport pathway of meridian like a circle and no end . as regard to whether or not acupuncture may induce different biophysiological effect in different time, further study is need. |
