中文摘要 | 利用化學反應對電磁波吸收材料-錳鋅鐵氧磁體的奈米粉體做表面改質,接上親水性改質劑,使奈米粉體能夠穩定、均勻的分散在水溶液中。並使用TEM、XRD、粒徑分析儀、熱重損失分析儀等分析儀器來探討其相關性質,進一步比較不用分子量的改質劑對分散穩定度的影響,實驗結果測得改質後粉體在水溶液下最佳平均粒徑為141nm。 |
英文摘要 | Surface modification of nanoparticles of the Mn, Zn ferrite for electromagnetic absorb materials were prepared by chemical reaction, bonding hydrophilic modifier. Nanoparticles could be dispersed around water stably and uniformly as a result of the surface modification. And then TEM, XRD, light scattering, and TGA were adopted to characterize ferrite nanoparticles. In addition we have a comparison with effect of the modifier of the different molecule weight experimental results indicated that the optimal average particle size was around 141 nm in aqueous solution. |
