中文摘要 | 高雄市的道路擁有路富寬廣之優勢,若能規劃該城市的防災路網,發揮震災時道路之運輸功能,便可有利於疏散、救援等活動之進行,使得災害損傷的程度降低。本文蒐集高雄市相關地理資訊,使用地理資訊系統套裝軟體ArcView3.1簡化高雄市防災需求、供給對象,分析防災路網之初步模型,並以路網隱定性之觀念,將路網模型予以關鍵性之確認、排序,提供高雄市防災路網規劃之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The road network in Kaohsiung city has a great advantage of its wide road width for planning disaster-prevention network system. This network system may help activities run more fluently such as evacuating, rescuing, etc. to mitigate damages made by disasters. This paper collects the GIS data Kaohsiung and applies to ArcView 3.1 GIS software. We simplify the potential demand nodes and supply resources for analyzing the pattern of the network of disaster-prevention. We include concepts of reliability and key link. Finally we decide the configuration of the network and find out important key links in it and sort them by their importance level. |
