| 中文摘要 | 本研究在於了解高爾夫揮桿過程中,有關軀幹旋轉軸偏移之中相關運動學資料,並比較高低差點運動員於下桿過程中,其軀幹旋轉軸點在頭頂上之對應點偏移量之差異。7 位低差點及6 位高差點之業餘男性高爾夫運動員,先以實驗室之動態分析量測系統(同步使用測力板與六架CCD 攝影機量測)使用七號鐵桿進行10 次理想揮桿動作,收集揮桿動作過程中之相關運動學資料,並計算出第七頸椎及第四胸椎於揮桿過程中之瞬時旋轉中心,用以測定出軀幹之旋轉軸通過頭頂之點,作為戶外實驗中,頭頂標記球之置放處;再於戶外練習場實際揮擊20 球,以戶外無設之攝影機,收集揮擊時頭頂標記球之軌跡資料。結果發現,高差點運動員其頭頂上之軀幹旋轉軸點,於揮桿過程中產生較大之偏移,左右偏移量平均39. 3±14.0%,而低差點運動員左右偏移量平均19.5±1: 5.5%,具有明顯的差異(P<.01);且前後方向上之偏移量,高差點組為20.2±: 9.0%,低差點組為10.0±5.2%,也有明顯之差(P<.01)。偏移量較小之低差點組,表示其主要是以軀幹之旋轉動作來帶動高爾夫之揮桿,如此表示著軀幹旋轉軸的穩定是影響著揮桿技術的關鍵因素之一,揮桿動作較佳者,其下桿擊球之轉動過程中,軀幹會較少前後與左右偏移。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic data of the motion pattern of the trunk rotation axis during golf swing and to compare the differences between the low-handicapped and high-handicapped groups. 13 right-handed male with 7 in low handicapped group and 6 in high-handicapped group were participated in this experiment. It is to count the instantaneous center of rotation (lCR) of C7 and T 4 during golf swing with Motion Analysis System to determine the point on the head top that trunk rotation axis passed. The experiment is to place a marker on the point then set up a CCD camera to collect the kinematic data of the marker on the head top during golf swing. As the result, wecan find in the high-handicapped group, its point on the head of the trunk rotation axis has greater shift during the swing, lts left-right shift ratio (Sx) is 39.3±14.0%. On the other hand, the left-right shift ratio of the low-handicapped group is 19.5±5.50%. They both have significant difference (p<.01). Besides, on the aspect of the fore-back (Sy), the high handicapped group, the shift ratio is 20.2±9.0%, while the low handicapped group is 10.0±5.2%. They also have significant difference (p<.01). A player who has lesser shift ratio uses the body rotation to swing so that the result shows the stability of the trunk rotation movement is the key factor of the swing technique. The experiment shows that the trunk of the better player has lesser left-right shift (Sx) and fore-back shift (Sy) during golf downswing. |
