| 中文摘要 | 本研考主要目的在獲得樟樹全株葉部一年光合作用生產力的資料,並探討影響樟樹的光合作用主要的環境及生理因子為何。經成對樣本T檢定法後發現,樟樹陽葉與蔭葉間無論是在光合作用,蒸散作用及環境因子方面均差異顯著,但陽葉或蔭葉在樹冠上下二層間則無顯著差異。在所有季節光度為影響樟樹光合作用的主要因子。光度與葉溫為多數測定日影響陽葉光合作用的主要因子,而葉溫多為蔭葉光合作用的主要影響因子。試驗中也發現每日上午九時的瞬間光合作用率與當日二氧化碳收獲量有顯著正相關性。本研究的樟樹植株總葉面積為124m□,其中陽葉面積佔30%,蔭葉面積佔70%,全株一年約可固定234kg的二氧化碳,其中陽葉貢獻54%,蔭葉貢獻46%。 |
| 英文摘要 | The aims of this study were to obtain the annual photosynthetic productivity of a single camphor tree and discuss the main environmental and physiological factors in photosynthesis. We found there were significant differences between the sun-grown leaves and the shade-grown leaves in photosynthesis, transpiration and environmental factors. But there was no difference between the upper and the lower canopy layer. PPFD was the major influence factor in photosynthesis. In every reason, PPFD and leave temperature were the major influence factors to shade-grown leaves in photosynthesis in many experiment days. Besides, the instantaneous rte of photosynthesis at 9:00 am daily showed significantly positive correlation to diurnal CO□ gains. Total area of camphor leaves were 124 m□, the sun-grown leaves is covered 30%, and shade-grown leaves 70%. There were 234 kg of CO□ could be fixed by a single camphor in a whole year. The sun-grown leaves contributed 54% of CO□ fixation, the other 46% was fixed by shade-grown leaves. |
