中文摘要 | 在大電力系統中,火力機組之調度是非常重要的,發電機組須以最小發電成本提供可靠的電力外,同時需提供足夠緊急備轉容量,以維持當發電機組或傳輸線因故障跳脫時之系統安全運轉。本文提出一有效步驟解含傳輸容量限制之機組調度問題,不僅可防止1999年七月二十九日之全島大停電之事故再度發生,且發電成本為最小。最後,分析四個例子,並與既有方法比較,以證實本法之可行性。 |
英文摘要 | Scheduling the generation of thenna1 units is very important in a large-scale power system with economic and security. Power generating units have to be selected to realize a reliable production of electric power with the lowest fuel costs and must sufficient emergency reserve enable the system to maintain the security operation after the N-2 contingency. This paper presents a new efficient approach for solving the multi-area unit scheduling under transfer capacity constraints with the lowest cost and security. It will be able to avoid a whole-island blackout of system such as the power failures of July 29, 1999 on Taiwan again. Finally, We take a real-life case for Taiwan Power system in 2003 to evaluate. The results will demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed method. |
