中文摘要 | 本研究是利用掃描式熱差分析儀(DSC)來研究添加cytochromec對AOT/水/異辛烷逆微胞系統結構的影響。實驗的方法是量測逆微胞中水環境在不同cytochromec濃度下的冰-水相變化潛熱,以潛熱對水含量作圖得到AOT結合水的數目。實驗結果發現AOT結合水的數目會隨cytochromec濃度增加而減少,逆微胞系統中的對水溶解度亦隨cytochromec的添加而增加。根據實驗結果,我們提出可能的機制來解釋蛋白質對逆微胞結構的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of cytochrome-c on AOT/water/isooctane reverse micelles was studied by differential scanning calorimetry. We measured the ice-to-liquid latent heat of water pools in reverese micelles containing cytochrome-c. We found that AOT-bounded water molecules are release by cytochrome-c, accompanied by the enhancement of water solubilization in reverse micelles. A possible mechanism is proposed to interpret the observed protein effect. |
