中文摘要 | 本研究以杉木、紅柳桉及紅櫟木為試材,以異氰酸酯(六亞甲基二異氰酸酯;HDI、甲苯二異氰酸酯;TDI)與自行合成之醇酸樹脂(丙二醇-己二酸;PG-AA、乙二醇-鄰苯二甲酸酐;EG-PA)混合調配成聚胺基甲酸酯注入藥液(以下簡稱PU注入藥液),探討PU處理材之機械強度、膠合性及塗裝性。由其結果得知,PU注入藥液之NCO/(OH+COOH)莫耳比1.7及1.3者,其處理材之硬度大於未處理材,莫耳比1.0者則多小於未處理材,兩種異氰酸酯比較,則以TDI-80為原料者之硬度大於以HDI為原料者。杉木經PU改質處理後之MOE明顯提升,MOR則以TDI為原料者較未處理材提高,且NCO/(OH+COOH)莫耳比較大者其MOR較高,以HDI為原料者,在NCO/(OH+COOH)莫耳比1.3及1.7時,其MOR較未處理材提高,莫耳比1.0則較未處理材低。紅柳桉及紅櫟木之MOR及MOE則經PU改質處理後大多降低。紅柳桉PU處理材以RF膠及PU膠膠合時有良好之膠合效果,以UF膠膠合時則受PU注入藥液之調配條件所影響,且隨其NCO/(OH+COOH)莫耳比減少,膠合木破率降低,以PVAc膠膠合時則明顯膠合不良。PU處理材以PU塗料塗裝時有優異之塗膜性能,以NC lacquer塗料塗裝時,其塗膜附著性優於未處理材,然經濕式冷熱循環試驗後之光澤度則降低。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata ), red lauan (Shorea spp.) and red oak (Quercus rubra) were impregnated in the solution of polyurethane (PU). During the preparation of PU solution, isocyanates used were hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDl), alkyd resins were PG-AA which were synthesized by propylene glycol and adipic acid and EG-PA which were synthesized by ethylene glycol and phthalic anhydride. The mechanical strength, adhesion and coating properties of these PU treated woods were investigated. The hardness of PU treated woods were higher than those untreated woods as the molar ratios of NCO/(OH + COOH) of the PU solution were 1.7 and 1.3, but lower than those untreated woods as the molar ratio was 1.0. As comparison between the two kinds of isocyanates, PU solution used TDI-80 had hardness higher than that of HDI. PU treated China fir woods had MOE higher than those untreated woods, but the variations of MORs were dependent on the kinds of isocyanates. If TDI was used, the PU treated China fir woods had MOR higher thill those untreated woods, and the higher the molar ratio of NCO/(OH+COOH) was used, the higher MOR had. But if HOI was used, they had MOR higher than those untreated woods as the molar ratios of NCO/(OH+COOH) were 1.3 and 1.7, but lower than those untreated woods as the molar ratio was 1.0. The other two kinds of woods, red lauan and red oak, had lower MOR and MOE for PU treated woods than those untreated woods. Red lauan PU treated wood glued with RF and PU adhesive had good bonding results. But glued with UF adhesive, the bonding properties were effected by the composition of PU solution, the lower molar ratio of NCO/(OH + COOH) was used, the lower wood failure had. Glued with PVAc had poor bonding properties. PU treated wood coated with PU coatings had excellent coating properties, coated with NC lacquer had coating films adhesion better than those untreated woods, but the gloss of coated films decreased after wet cold-and-hot cycle test. |
