中文摘要 | 本文以教育部頒校園網路使用規範中之「禁止監用網路系統」單元為主,鎖定以中小學場域為範疇探討整理其於教學業之意涵,並編製其網路法律常識教材與教案。所發展的成果包括(1)以傳統教導式之開發架構,整理設計為九個子單元之意涵(含所引用之法條與可能的刑責)、案例與課程練習活動或腳本;(2)以多媒體網路教材成式開發前述各子單元之互動式教材及進行多樣化教案之設計。本研究之成果能對中小學師生在網路法律常識之教材教案提供具體可行之發展模式與建議。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we focus the domain of "the right use of the internet", The tasks which we have accomplished are two-folds: (1)we surveyed the meaning for teaching with the point of law, we also employed the tutorial structure to develop all the nine units, each with its contents, cases, instruction activities, and scripts for teaching. (2)we developed the courseware for the above domain. We also made some feasible developing models and suggestions for the future implementation of courseware in order that we may promote the literacy of the cyberspace law for the compulsory education. |
