中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討臺北地區進修專校假日班學生之就學動機與就學滿意度之關係。研究結果顯示從「就學動機量表」所釋出的因素雖可以顯著解釋進修專校假日班學生就學滿意度之變異量,但所有的預測變數都只能解釋少量之變異量。在此研究中,超過89%的變異量無法被解釋。對此現象作者提出三個可能的原因:(1)就學動機與就學滿意度之間存在若干潛藏的關係,但本研究未予以探討;(2)研究工具(量表)之信度與效度或許仍存在若干待改進之處(3)就學滿意度與就學動機或許即為獨立之關係。因此建議在未來的研究上應將就學動機之相關變數與前置變數予以考慮。另外在量表的信度與效度上,亦可再加以更進一步的探討與改進。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate the relationship between participation motivation and student satisfaction of weekend program students in Taipei, Taiwan. The results indicate that the factors revealed from P.M.S. could explain a significant amount of variance in weekend program student satisfaction; however, all predictor variables accounted for very little variability in student satisfaction. Over 89 percent of the variability in student satisfaction was unexplained. Three explanations could account for these results: (1) A more potent relationship exists between motivational orientations and participant satisfaction but this study failed to capture it. (2) The relibility and validity of the instruments used in the study might be inadequate. (3) Participant satisfaction is largely independent of initial motives that impelled that person to participate. Thus, in future research, the correlates and antecedents of motivational orientations and studies relating other variables to student satisfaction should be included. In addition, further research is needed to produce more adequate evidence regarding the validity and reliability of the scales and to refine the measures generally. |
