中文摘要 | 為探討落花生數量性狀之變異情形,乃由國家作物種原中心(NPGRC)逢機選取190個落花生品種(系)進行形態特性調查。根據190個落花生品種(系)之農藝性狀進行分析,發現每英平均粒數和剝實率之變異係數值較小,每株莢數、有效莢數及每株粒數之變異係數值較大。遣傳率的估算方面,以百粒重及每莢平均粒數且有較高的遺傳率,以剝實率及籽粒重之遺傳率較低。在產量相關與產量構成因素方面,籽粒重除了和開花日數呈顯著的負相關外,與株高、分枝數、每株莢數、每株莢重、每株粒數、有效英數、百粒重和剝實率等98個農藝性狀均呈顯著的正相關。根據因子分析之結果發現,4個主要因素已概括族群大部分之變異,可用來說明各農藝性狀間的相關性。根據11項農藝性狀,利用均連法進行群聚分析,以族群平均距離2.3為截點,共可將190個落花生品種(系)分為A、B和C三大群集,以A群與其它分群間之關係最遠,而B群和C群間的關係較近,以C群所包含之177個落花生品種(系)為最多,其群內除了包含有國外引進之種原,還包括有臺灣地區栽培之主要品種,如臺南8號、臺南選9號、臺南10號等。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to investigate the variation of quantitative characters of peanut germplasm. One hundred ninety peanut varieties (lines) were randomly chosen from the National Plant Genetic Resources Center (NPGRC) to investigate eleven agronomic characters. According to the analyses of agronomic characters of 190 peanut varieties (lines), no of seed per pod and shelling percentage had lower CV values. No. of pod per plant, no. of mature pod and no. of seed per plant had higher CV values. On the other had, wt. of 100-seed and no. of seed per pod had higher heritability, shelling percentage and wt. of seed per plant had lower heritability. Except wt. of seed per plant and flowering day had significant negative correlation, the correlations between wt. of seed per plant and other eight agronomic characters, plant height, no. of branch, no. of pod per plant, wt. of pod per plant, no. of seed per plant, no. of mature pod, wt. of 100-seed and shelling percentage had significant positive correlation. According to the factor analysis, most variations of the populations were included by four factors, and which could explain correlation among agronomic characters. The cluster analysis of average linkage based on 11 agronomic characters was conducted. One hundred and ninety varieties (lines) were divided into A, B and C groups, when the intercept of average was 2.3. The relation between B and C group was closer, whereas the relation of Group A and the other groups, the farest. By most of 177 peanut varieties (lines) which the group contained. In the C group, except for containing the germplasm of the introduction of the oversea, it also contains the main cultivated varieties in Taiwan area, such as NT8, TNS9, TN10. |
