| 中文摘要 | 目的:本研究的目的為發展臺灣版多倫多述情量表(Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20)。 方法:參考中文簡體版的翻譯,考量臺灣語言的習性加以修改,經過回譯(back-translation)的步驟完成臺灣版多倫多述情量表。收集臺中地區大專學生個案共299名(男性117名,平均年齡20.0 1.4歲;女性182名,平均年齡19.7 1.4歲),之後以收集的問卷資料進行驗證性因素分析(confirmatory factor analysis)。 結果:回譯的結果顯示本問卷具有良好的跨語言共同性(cross-language equivalence)。樣本的驗證性因素分析結果,在各項分析指標數值均符合TAS-20原始問卷建立時所使用的統計學標準,顯示臺灣版問卷和原始問卷同樣具有良好的三因素結構(three-factor model) 及內部一致性(internal consistency)。在本次學生樣本中,alexithymia的表現在男女性別上無明顯差異。 結論:臺灣版TAS-20未來可應用於臺灣族群中alexithymia相關方面的研究。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop a Taiwan version of the Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20. Methods: We modified the TAS-20-Mandarin version using traditional Chinese characters according to their use in the Taiwanese language. Cross-language equivalence was assessed by the procedure of back-translation. Samples data from a total of 299 student subjects (male: 117, 20.0±1.4 y/o; female: 182, 19.7±1.4 y/ o) were collected from the Taichung area of Taiwan. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed to test the factor structures. Results: The back-translation of the TAS-20-Taiwan showed good cross-language equivalence with the English version. The results of CFA met all of the criteria established by the authors of TAS-20 for validation of the three-factor model. The TAS-20-Taiwan demonstrated adequate internal consistency and a three-factor structure consistent with the three-factor model of the original scale. There were no differences in the mean total scores between male and female student samples in this study. Conclusion: This study has demonstrated that the TAS-20-Taiwan is suitable for application in studies of alexithymia structure in the Taiwanese population. |
