中文摘要 | 因電信自由化之後固網服務競爭激烈,再加上新供裝業務需求不斷的增加,原本之線路供裝維運管理資訊系統(LEAMIS, Line Equipment Application Management Information System)因年限已久無法快速因應這些改變,且其設計主要是以終端模擬為主無法整合目前的開發技術及提供使用者便捷的操作功能。因此新一代的線路供裝維運管理資訊系統(eLEAMIS, electronic Line Equipment Application Management Information System, 以下簡稱本系統)的開發就顯得相當重要。本系統係為中華電信工務資訊系統整合計畫(IOIS, Intergration Operation Information System)中之重要系統之一,其中測量臺作業因實際牽涉到局端芯線的調度及施工,因此在本系統扮演著舉足輕重的地位。本系統主要是以三階式架構來設計並利用物件導向的觀念及Java 2企業版本(J2EE, JAVA 2 Enterprise Edition)的技術來規劃及開發,相關之作業設計儘量彈性化以因應未來新供裝的需求,確使線路資源之規劃、設計、供裝、擴充、調度與施工,都能達到最佳的效能。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the requirement from the competition among the telecommunication operators, and also those from the new services to be provided and changes of original services, the legacy terminal-mode LEAMIS (Line Equipment Application Management Information System) is not capable of handling the great amount of operations. The new generation LEAMIS, eLEAMIS (electronic Line Equipment Application Management Information System) is the very important system of the project for Intergration Operation Information System and it follows the three-tier architecture and Object Oriented methodology. The J2EE (JAVA 2 Enterprise Edition) is used as the kernel development platform standard. At last, all the functions are designed flexibly, this make the system to be expanded easily in the future. |
