中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討工作價值觀與任教承諾的義涵及其相關研究,藉以建構師資生工作價值觀與任教承諾之概念模式,並做為進一步實證研究之學理依據。本研究採用文獻分析法(literature review)探討工作價值觀與任教承諾的意義、內涵及其相關研究,以及工作價值觀與任教承諾之間的關係,並探討師資生工作價值觀與任教承諾包含的重要因素。依據文獻分析結果,師資生工作價值觀包含「成就感與使命感」、「利他性與社會貢獻」、「經濟報酬」、「自主性」、「自我成長」、「社會地位」、「安全感」、與「人際關係」等重要因素;師資生任教承諾包含「任教意願」、「教職認同」、「職前準備與投入」等重要因素;而其工作價值觀與任教承諾之間則有某種程度的關聯。本研究依據文獻分析獲致之結論,提出師資生工作價值觀與任教承諾之概念模式,以做為調查研究之研究架構。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the concepts and related studies of work values and commitment to teaching, which as a theoretical basis of empirical study with conceptual model of work values and commitment to teaching of teacher education students. This study adopted literature review to investigate the means and contents of work values and commitment to teaching, the relations between work values and commitment to teaching, and the significant factors of the teacher education students' work values and commitment to teaching. The result was found that teacher education students' work values included eight significant factors (senses of achievement and mission, altruism and contribution, reward, autonomy, self-growth, social status, security, and interpersonal relationship), and teacher education students' commitment to teaching included three significant factors (willing to teaching, identity of teaching job, preparation and involvement), and there was positive correlation between work values and commitment to teaching of the teacher education students. According to the conclusions of literature review, this study will submit a conceptual model of work values and commitment to teaching of teacher education students. And then this conceptual model will be used as a research framework for further survey study. |
