中文摘要 | 「服務業」為目前研究工業管理及企業管理的重要課題之一,本文討論之範圍為 經由電話答詢或指控螢幕所提供之自動服務。此類自動服務業具有一共同點:經由一連串預 先規劃之問題得到可處理之輸入回答,待確定顧客之需要後,應完成服務;當輸入資訊不足 或其他特殊情況發生時,即回覆無法完成服務需求等訊息。除了必要之資料庫及硬體設備外 ,此種自動服務系統之前題為妥善規劃之問題順序。何種問題順序可稱為妥善?本文將提出 數個問題順序不妥善之實例,並針對此點加以討論。閱讀本文應對關聯(或關係, relation)及有限狀態自動機理論(finite state automata)具基本之了解。 |
英文摘要 | "Service" is a major research topic in Industrial Management and Business Management. This paper mainly discusses automatic service delivering through telephone, keyboard or touch screen computer systems. There is one similarity for all systems of this kind of service: processable input is obtained through a well-organized sequence of queries. After a customer's request is ensured and sufficient, the system should fulfill the request. When input data is insufficient or any exceptional situation occurs, the system should respond for unable finishing the service. Beside database systems and hardware, a major concern of an automatic service system is its query sequence. What kind of query sequences is "appropriate"? This paper raises and discusses some inappropriate query sequences. For better understanding the material in this paper, general knowledge of relation and finite state automata is helpful. |
