中文摘要 | 本研究主要是透過研究者與現場實作者之間合作互動的關係,探析園長於親職座談會中親自解家長育兒之歷程又其可行性,而且肴望藉由上述的做法,來提升園長個人的專業能能力及園方的專業形象。本研究採質化研究中的合作行動研究法,研究者以訪談、心得日誌、現場觀察、問卷和滿意度調查表回收資料及討論,做為蒐集資料的途徑。經過三個月的探究,本研究發現:(一)經由上述親職座談會的實施,讓園長更清楚了解家長的需求;(二)在準備回答家長育兒問題的過程中,園長有許多的機會反省園內平日的教學狀況;(三)在研究的歷程中,透過不斷攝取幼教相關的知識,以及心理日誌的撰寫,有效促使園長在專業知能上的成長;(四)從大多數家長對座談會的滿意度來看,上述親職座談會的實施方式確能提升園方在家長心目中的專業形象。 |
英文摘要 | Through the cooperative relationship between researcher and practitioner, the purposes of this study are to discuss and analyze the process and possibility that the director of preschool solves the child-caring problems for the parents in the parent education workshop, and in the meantime to enhance the director's professional abilities and the professional identity of the preschool. Taking the qualitative methods with cooperative action inquiry, this study uses the interview, diary, observation, questionnaire and discussion for collecting and analyzing the data. In three months of this study, the findings show that: (1) the director understand the needs of parents better; (2) the director has many opportunities of reflecting teaching situations in the preschool; (3) the director's professional abilities has been enhanced because of participating in this study; (4) according to the questionnaires, the professional identity of the preschool has been promoted by executing this workshop. |
